Advanced Differential Equations Sturm-Liouville theory for linear second-order differential equations. Series expansions by orthogonal functions.Fourier series;Hermite and Laguerre polynomials; Legendre functions and spherical harmonics.Emphasis on applications to physical science,including the harmonic oscillator,hydrogen atom,Schrodinger equation and electromagnetic waves.
