Description
Robotics Computer control aspects of robots focusing on behaviour-based robot control architectures. Topics include robot components and subsystems, sensors and perception, object location and manipulation, mobile robot navigation, task planning, control architectures, adaptive and social behaviour. Lectures, 2 hours per week; lab, 2 hours per week. Prerequisite(s): COSC 3P71 (minimum 60 percent). Note: PHYS 1P91 and 1P92 are recommended. This course may be offered in multiple modes of delivery.
