Food and Drink: Society, Science and Economy Exploration of major topics connecting food, culture, science, agriculture, economic development and politics from the early modern era to the 20th century. Seminar, 3 hours per week. Restriction: open to HIST (single or combined) and HIST (Honours)/BEd (Intermediate/Senior) majors with approval to year 4 (honours) or permission of the instructor and Chair until date specified in Registration guide.
