食と飲料：社会、科学、経済 食文化、科学、農業、経済発展、政治を結ぶ主要なトピックを近世から20世紀にかけて探る。セミナー、週3時間。制限：登録ガイドに指定された日付までHIST（単科または複合）およびHIST（優等）/BEd（中等/高等）専攻の、4年次（優等）への承認または担当教員と学科長の許可を得た専攻に開放。注：本コースは複数の提供モードで開講される場合があります。提供方法は該当学期の学期時間割に掲載されます。
