아동 마음의 사회적 기원 정신 과정의 발달과 사회적·문화적·역사적·제도적 환경 간의 연관성을 강조하는 전통적 및 현대적 접근법의 조사. 세미나, 주당 3시간. 제한: 4학년(우등) 승인을 받은 CHYS(단독 또는 복수) 및 CHYS BA(우등)/BEd(초등/저학년) 전공자에게 개방. 참고: 이 과목은 여러 방식으로 제공될 수 있음. 수업 방식은 해당 학기 학사 시간표에 기재됨. 이 과목 이수는 이전에 부여된 CHYS 4V06의 성적 및 학점을 대체함.

The Social Origins of Children's Minds Investigation of traditional and contemporary approaches highlighting the links between social, cultural, historical and institutional settings, and the development of mental processes. Seminar, 3 hours per week. Restriction: Open to CHYS (single or combined) and CHYS BA (Honours)/BEd (Primary/Junior) majors with approval to year 4 (honours). Note: This course may be offered in multiple modes of delivery. The method of delivery will be listed on the academic timetable, in the applicable term. Completion of this course will replace previous assigned grade and credit obtained in CHYS 4V06.
