The Social Origins of Children's Minds Investigation of traditional and contemporary approaches highlighting the links between social, cultural, historical and institutional settings, and the development of mental processes. Seminar, 3 hours per week. Restriction: Open to CHYS (single or combined) and CHYS BA (Honours)/BEd (Primary/Junior) majors with approval to year 4 (honours). Note: This course may be offered in multiple modes of delivery. The method of delivery will be listed on the academic timetable, in the applicable term. Completion of this course will replace previous assigned grade and credit obtained in CHYS 4V06.
