変革のリーディング（Leading Change） 組織全体とその要素の相互依存性を強調した組織変革に関する理論、研究および実践。講義、ケース討議、週3時間。制限: 登録ガイドに指定された日付まではHuman Resource Management集中専攻に認定されたBBA学生に開放。それ以降はBAcc、BBA、BBE、BCB、BCMN、STAC、TMGTおよび複合Business専攻に開放。学生は合計最低10.0クレジットが必要。前提条件: OBHR 2P52、3P42、3P97のいずれか1つ。注意: このコースは複数の履修形態で提供される場合があります。履修形態は該当学期の学事日程表に記載されます。

Leading Change Theories, research and practice in the area of organizational change emphasizing the organization as a whole and the interdependency of its elements. Lectures, case discussion, 3 hours per week. Restriction: open to BBA students approved to the Human Resource Management concentration until date specified in Registration guide. After that date open to BAcc, BBA, BBE, BCB, BCMN, STAC , TMGT and combined Business majors. Students must have a minimum of 10.0 overall credits. Prerequisite(s): one of OBHR 2P52 , 3P42 , 3P97 .
