Yiyecek ve Yemeğin Psikolojisi İnsanlarda yiyecek/içecek tüketimini etkileyen psikolojik, biyolojik ve sosyal faktörler; teorik ve uygulamalı yönler. Konular arasında yiyecek alımının fizyolojik kontrolü; yiyecek seçimini etkileyen biyolojik, ağız duyusu, sosyal ve kültürel faktörler; yiyeceğin davranış üzerindeki etkileri; yeme bozuklukları; obezite ve kilo kontrolü yer alır. Dersler, haftada 3 saat. Öğrencilerin PSYC 1F90 üzerinde en az 8.0 genel kredisi veya 3.0 PSYC kredisi olmalıdır. Önkoşul(lar): PSYC 1F90 ve 2P20; PSYC 3F40 veya 3P30. Psychology of Food and Eating Psychological, biological and social factors influencing food/beverage consumption in humans, including theoretical and applied aspects. Topics include physiological control of food intake; biological, orosensory, social and cultural factors influencing food selection; the effects of food on behaviour; eating disorders; and obesity and weight control. Lectures, 3 hours per week. Students must have a minimum of 8.0 overall credits or 3.0 PSYC credits above PSYC 1F90 . Prerequisite(s): PSYC 1F90 and 2P20 ; PSYC 3F40 or 3P30 .
