Spor Örgütlerinde İnsan Kaynakları Yönetimi Spor çalışanlarını yönetmenin temel ilkelerini vurgulayan kuramlar, araştırmalar ve güncel uygulamalar. Konular iş tasarımı, işe alım, görüşme ve seçim, oryantasyon, eğitim ve değerlendirmeyi içerebilir. Dersler, haftada 3 saat. Kısıtlama: Kayıt kılavuzunda belirtilen tarihe kadar SPMA ana dal öğrencilerine açıktır. Öğrencilerin genel olarak en az 8,0 krediye sahip olmaları gerekir. BBA ve BAcc ana dal öğrencilerine açık değildir. Önkoşul(lar): SPMA 2P21 . Not: Seçili konuları vurgulamak için vaka çalışmaları kullanılabilir. Bu ders birden fazla öğretim yöntemiyle sunulabilir. Öğretim yöntemi, ilgili dönemde akademik ders çizelgesinde listelenecektir. Bu dersin tamamlanması OBHR 2P51 ve 2P52 derslerinden alınmış önceki atanan notu ve krediyi değiştirecektir. #

Managing Human Resources in Sport Organizations Theories, research and current practices emphasizing the fundamentals of managing sport employees. Topics may include job design, recruitment, interview and selection, orientation, training, and evaluation. Lectures, 3 hours per week. Restriction: open to SPMA majors until date specified in Registration guide. Students must have a minimum of 8.0 overall credits. Not open to BBA and BAcc majors. Prerequisite(s): SPMA 2P21 . Note: case studies may be used to highlight selected topics.This course may be offered in multiple modes of delivery. The method of delivery will be listed on the academic timetable, in the applicable term. Completion of this course will replace previous assigned grade and credit obtained in OBHR 2P51 and 2P52 . #
