Supervised Teaching Classroom observation, and planning, managing and delivering second language instruction. Discussions on current conceptual knowledge (theoretical) and perceptual knowledge (practical) highlighted with reference to the second language teaching and learning context. Restriction: open to Applied Linguistics majors with approval to year 4 (honours) and TESL Certificate students and permission of the Chair. Note: placements for observations and practice teaching. This course may be offered in multiple modes of delivery. The method of delivery will be listed on the academic timetable, in the applicable term.
