課程說明
宗教與人權之間之法律、理論與神學互連。評估包括宗教自由、世俗主義、公共領域、調適與中立性等概念。檢視宗教與文化、法律與宗教觀點之相互依存、宗教與國家之界限，以及宗教脅迫之個案研究。
先修條件
- 先修科目：四年級資格。

- 不另給予 HUMR 4602（不再開課）之加註學分。
