説明
宗教と人権の間の法的、理論的、神学的相互連関。宗教の自由、世俗主義、公共圏、配慮（accommodation）、中立性などの概念の評価。宗教と文化の検討、法的及び宗教的視点の相互依存、宗教と国家の境界、宗教的強制の検討。事例研究を使用。
