課程說明
在提供商品與服務時消費者保護之必要性；法定與普通法之傳統法律保護；對消費者壓力之立法回應；加拿大、英國與美國近期判例之司法回應；消費者法之改革。
先修條件
- 先修課程：(LAWS 2202 或 BUSI 2601) 以及在 2000 級 LAWS 中已修畢 0.5 學分。
