對加拿大憲法之探究。主權、法院所詮釋之行政、立法與司法權之性質與單位。加拿大憲法下權力之分配，包括對當代聯邦主義問題之探討。司法審查之問題。
先修條件
- 先修科目：（LAWS 2501 或 PSCI 2003）及 0.5 學分 LAWS（2000 級）。
