課程說明
功率半導體裝置：閘流體（Thyristor）、可關斷閘流體（GTO）、絕緣柵雙極電晶體（IGBT）、碳化矽（SiC）、氮化鎵（GaN）。變換器電路：可控之交流到直流整流器、斬波器、直流到交流逆變器、交流電壓控制器。轉換電路之保護。於高效率電機與機電能量轉換裝置之控制應用。
先修條件
- 先修科目：ELEC 2507 及 ELEC 2602。
條件與方式

- 每週三小時講課，每週三小時實驗/問題分析。
