Topics include mental disorder and criminal liability, diversion of offenders to civil commitment in hospital, insanity, automatism, fitness to stand trial, prediction of dangerousness, regulation of psychoactive drugs.
- Prerequisite(s): LAWS 2908 , CRCJ 3001 , or CRCJ 3002 and LAWS 2301 , LAWS 2302 and fourth-year Honours standing.
