Introdução à comunicação intercultural com ênfase na interação social, multimodalidade e construção de identidade. Aplicação de perspectivas teóricas a estudos de caso por meio de investigação empírica e narrativa. Tópicos específicos incluem identidade cultural e comida, gesto e comunicação não verbal, e a estrutura da retórica.
