상담 실습 입문 다양한 도움 제공 전문적 역할과 책임에 적합한 이론과 기술. 참석, 반응 및 탐색과 관련된 핵심 기술을 대면, 가상 진료 및 자연 기반 치료를 포함한 혼합 상담 모델의 맥락에서 강조하여 아동 및 청소년 연구, 교육, 사회 서비스 및 보건과 관련된 관계 형성에 적용함. 세미나, 주당 3시간. 제한: 4학년(우등) 승인을 받은 CHYS(단독 또는 복수) 및 CHYS BA(우등)/BEd(초등/저학년) 전공자에게 개방. 참고: 이 과목은 여러 방식으로 제공될 수 있음. 수업 방식은 해당 학기 학사 시간표에 기재됨. 이 과목 이수는 이전에 부여된 CHYS 4V10의 성적 및 학점을 대체함.

Introduction to Counselling Practice Theories and skills appropriate to a variety of helping professional roles and responsibilities. Core skills associated with attending, responding and exploring are emphasized within the context of blended models of counselling including in-person, virtual care and nature therapies, for relationship-building pertaining to child and youth studies, education, social services and health. Seminar, 3 hours per week. Restriction: Open to CHYS (single or combined) and CHYS BA (Honours)/BEd (Primary/Junior) majors with approval to year 4 (honours) Note: This course may be offered in multiple modes of delivery. The method of delivery will be listed on the academic timetable, in the applicable term. Completion of this course will replace previous assigned grade and credit obtained in CHYS 4V10.
