植民地主義に対する比較民族誌的および歴史的アプローチ。植民地政権の形成、植民地的ガバナメンタリティ、隷属的労働制度、宣教活動、反植民地抵抗、文化的混成、脱植民地主義の記憶などの諸題目を含む。植民地主義と社会科学的知識の生成との関係に関する論争の検討。
