Movement Programming for Children Experiential learning with young children in movement, play and adaptive contexts. Direct contact experiences using a practicum component built into the course. Inclusive and developmentally appropriate movement programming. Engagement with solo, observational, parallel, associative and collaborative/cooperative play. Lectures, field work, 4 hrs per week. Restriction: open to BKin, BPhEd, BPhEd (Honours)/BEd (Intermediate/Senior), BPhEd (Honours)/BEd (Junior/Intermediate) and BSc (Kin) majors until date specified in the Registration guide. Prerequisite(s): KINE 1P93 or permission of the instructor Note: field experience is required. A police record check with a vulnerable sector screening may be required at the student's expense.
