スポーツと組織理論 公共、商業、非営利部門のスポーツ組織に適用される組織理論。トピックは組織の有効性、戦略、構造と設計、意思決定、組織変革とイノベーション、組織間関係を含む場合がある。講義、週3時間。制限：SPMA専攻生に開放。BBAまたはBAcc専攻生は不可。前提条件：SPMA 1P91（最低60%）および1P92（最低60%）。注：本科目は複数の提供方式で開講される場合がある。提供方法は該当学期の学事時間割に記載される。本科目の履修は、以前に付与された成績および単位であるOBHR 2P51および2P52を置き換える。

Sport and Organizational Theory Organizational theory applied to sport organizations in the public, commercial and non-profit sectors. Topics may include organizational effectiveness, strategy, structure and design, decision making, organizational change and innovation and interorganizational relationships. Lectures, 3 hours per week. Restriction: Open to SPMA majors. Not open to BBA or BAcc majors. Prerequisite(s): SPMA 1P91 (minimum 60%) and 1P92 (minimum 60%). Note: this course may be offered in multiple modes of delivery. The method of delivery will be listed on the academic timetable, in the applicable term. Completion of this course will replace previous assigned grade and credit in OBHR 2P51 and 2P52 .
