Descripción
Este curso pretende familiarizar a los estudiantes con la estructura del idioma inglés, destacando contrastes importantes entre el inglés y otras lenguas, así como dificultades gramaticales para aprendientes de ESL.
Prerrequisitos
- Requisito(s): estar en tercer año en Applied Linguistics and Discourse Studies, o en Lingüística, o estar inscrito en el programa CTESL, o permiso del instructor.
Condiciones y modalidades

This course is intended to familiarize students with the structure of the English language, highlighting important contrasts between English and other languages as well as grammatical difficulties for ESL learners.
- Prerequisite(s): third-year standing in Applied Linguistics and Discourse Studies, or in Linguistics, or enrolment in the CTESL program, or permission of the instructor.
- Lectures three hours a week.
