Negotiation of Deals and Disputes in Sport Organizations Introduction to the theory, processes, and practice of negotiation. Topics may include conflict analysis; interest-based negotiation; distributive and integrative negotiations, strategies, techniques and styles; ethical considerations and dispute resolution tools.
