有關工業國家與開發中國家住房之背景因素；傳統與當代之住房方法；社會住宅；以及人民獲得適足住房之權利。邀請客座講師。（選修課程）。
條件與方式
- 不得另獲 ARCU 3500 學分。
- 每週三小時。
