與國家及其與社會中個人與團體之關係有關之法律，重點為行政程序、基本價值與憲章。
先修條件
- 先修課程：1.0 學分，來自 LAWS 1001 與 LAWS 1002，或 PAPM 1001 與 PSCI 2003。
