複習基礎量子力學、穿隧、量子化、固態理論、導體、半導體、超導體、絕緣體與光學性質。現代高速電子與通訊系統中使用之元件：電晶體、雷射、光電二極體、光纖、約瑟夫森接面。奈米科技與量子應用。
