課程說明
加拿大刑事司法制度中的矯正法；在尊重法治與人權的情境下，懲罰與改造的相互競逐目標；加拿大囚犯人權的保護以及國際與比較脈絡中的情形。
先修條件
- 先修科目：LAWS 2908、CRCJ 3001 或 CRCJ 3002，及四年級榮譽（Honours）資格。
