有關政府科學與技術政策之理論與實務，以及科學知識在政府政策與監管程序中的運用。關注政府中科學的倫理議題與透明度問題。
先修條件
- 先修課程：B.P.A.P.M. 計畫公共政策與行政專修之四年級資格。
條件與方式
- 不得重複計入 PADM 5400。
- 先修課程：B.P.A.P.M. 計畫公共政策與行政專修之四年級資格。
- 亦於研究所層級開授，要求不同，為 PADM 5611 ，該課程不予計入額外學分。
