以歷史建築專案探討建築作為文化表現形式。考量場址、使用程式與材料。引介保育、永續與適應性再利用原則、發展標準、建築法規，採用渥太華及其他地點之個案研究。以實體與數位圖面及模型探索設計。（核心）。

- 先修條件：ARCS 2302 及 B.A.S. 保育與永續主修三年級或學校核准。
條件與方式
- 不予給予額外學分：不予給予額外學分於 ARCH 3111、ARCC 3301（不再開設）。

- 每週八小時工作室。
