課程說明
對刑事陪審團制度之批判性分析，包括其歷史與脈絡、法官之角色、陪審團動態與陪審團組成。被告、受害者、警察、辯護律師、檢察官、法官、陪審員、媒體、政治人物與公眾的觀點與角色。
先修條件
- 先修科目：LAWS 2908、CRCJ 3001 或 CRCJ 3002，及 LAWS 2301、LAWS 2302，且具四年級榮譽（Honours）資格。
