關於企業犯罪規範的法律、政策與理論觀點。企業犯罪與企業不當行為的性質與成因。若干個案研究，探討國家在規範企業行為上的角色以及刑事司法系統對企業犯罪的回應。
先修條件
- 先修科目：LAWS 2908、CRCJ 3001 或 CRCJ 3002，及四年級榮譽（Honours）資格。
