課程說明
半導體能帶結構、光生產生、太陽光譜。單晶矽太陽電池之詳細分析。基於薄膜材料的太陽電池：非晶矽、III-V 材料、有機物、鈦白染料電池。濃縮系統用電池。光伏發電系統。建築外殼用太陽電池。
先修條件
- 先修科目：ELEC 2501 與 ELEC 2507 且為永續與再生能源工程四年級資格，或 ELEC 2501 與 ELEC 2507 且為工程學四年級資格並獲授課教師許可。

- Prerequisite(s): ELEC 2501 and ELEC 2507 and fourth-year standing in Sustainable and Renewable Energy Engineering, or ELEC 2501 and ELEC 2507 and fourth-year standing in Engineering with permission of the instructor.
- Lectures three hours per week, laboratories/problem analysis three hours alternate weeks.
