課程說明
軟體專案管理與經濟學導論；軟體投資報酬；軟體生命週期；工作分解結構、排程與規劃；風險分析與管理；產品規模與成本估算；賺值管理；統計製程管制；專案團隊管理與流程改進；投標與合約型式。
先修條件
- 先修課程：ECOR 1031、ECOR 1032、ECOR 1033、ECOR 1034、ECOR 1055、ECOR 1056 及 ECOR 1057；且 SYSC 3120（可同時修習），註冊於軟體工程；或 COMP 3004 且註冊於電腦科學學士學位。

- 先修課程：ECOR 1031、ECOR 1032、ECOR 1033、ECOR 1034、ECOR 1055、ECOR 1056 及 ECOR 1057；且 SYSC 3120（可同時修習），註冊於軟體工程；或 COMP 3004 且註冊於電腦科學學士學位。
- 每週授課三小時。

- Prerequisite(s): ECOR 1031 , ECOR 1032 , ECOR 1033 , ECOR 1034 , ECOR 1055 , ECOR 1056 , and ECOR 1057 ; and SYSC 3120 (may be taken concurrently), enrolment in Software Engineering; or COMP 3004 and enrolment in the Bachelor of Computer Science.
- Lectures three hours a week.
