繞射與非繞射相干光學的理論與應用，重點為全息術、斷層成像與高速光學計算。數學基礎：廣義二維傅立葉轉換、光學系統的轉移函數、二維採樣理論、Helmholtz 方程、Green 定理，以及經典繞射理論。
