最佳化與公司金融。公司治理與管理層報酬。資本結構與 Modigliani–Miller 定理。代理理論與資訊不對稱。股票、債務及其他證券的發行問題。股利政策。投資與資本預算、淨現值（NPV）與實物選擇權。
先修條件
- 先修課程：ECON 3050，且成績為 C- 或以上；以及 ECON 3020（或同等課程），且成績為 C- 或以上。

- 不得重複修習以取得 BUSI 3500 及 BUSI 3502 的額外學分。
