宏觀組織理論。於複雜全球經濟中之組織結構。外部環境、科技、文化與組織目標對組織結構、流程與效能之影響。

- 先決條件：二年級資格，且為 BUSI 2101、BUSI 2121、BUSI 2702 或 PSYC 2801 其中一科。
