課程說明
法律與規範在治理之過程、實務與論述中的歷史與當代角色。法與國家；國內與全球治理；法律─治理關係之多樣性；法律作為組成力量、執行機制及治理的特殊產物。
條件與方式
- 亦於本科層級提供，但要求不同，亦視情況以 LAWS 6002 提供，且不得重複取得學分。
