課程說明
引進技術之倫理議題；技術與人類發展之歷史回顧；醫療與通訊技術對社會之影響；自動化及其對社會（特別是工作）之影響；技術對國際事務之衝擊，尤指跨國企業。邀請來賓演講。
先修條件
- 先修課程：至少二年級學生。

- 不予額外學分（不予額外學分 TSES 3000 與 TSES 3500）。
