日常軟體工程工具之熟練使用：指令列、shell 工具與腳本、文字處理（正規表達式、grep、sed、awk）、基本文字編輯器（vim）、繪圖（gnuplot/matplotlib、graphviz）、版本控制（git）、網路工具（telnet、ssh、scp、curl）、建構與套件管理工具（make、apt-get）。
