本研討課程旨在使學生熟悉政府運作方式；政黨在整體政治體系中的功能；政策如何制定與執行；以及更重要的，如何報導所有這些程序、制度與事件。

This seminar course is designed to make students familiar with the way government works; how political parties function within the overall political system; how policies are formulated and implemented; and most importantly, how to report on all of these processes, institutions and events.
- Prerequisite(s): Third or Fourth year B.J. Honours standing, or permission of the School.
- Also offered at the graduate level, with different requirements, as JOUR 5314 ., for which additional credit is precluded.
- 3 hours per week.
