課程說明
政府間國際組織之性質、特徵、法律地位與管轄權。國家因為成為國際組織成員而生之權利與義務。國際機構與超國家機構之區別。聯合國體系、選定之附屬機構與專門機構；危機時之非政府組織。
先修條件
- 先修科目：LAWS 2601 及 0.5 學分 LAWS（2000 級）或 PAPM 1001 與 PSCI 2003。
