對法律社會學理論以及法律機構性質之研究。法律規範對各種社會機構以及社會辯論與衝突過程的影響。
先修條件
- 先修：SOCI 1001 與 SOCI 1002，或 SOCI 1003 [1.0]，或 ANTH 1001，或 ANTH 1002，且具三年級資格。
條件與方式
- 不予另行計學分：LAWS 3106（已停開）。
