財務理論之專題選讀。選題依新近理論發展及學生興趣而定，可能包括衍生性金融商品理論、定價理論、資訊不對稱、代理理論、經濟效率與實證方法。
條件與方式
- 亦以不同要求於本科層級開設，另以不同要求開設，課號為 BUSI 6500 ，對此課程不得重複加計學分。
