入門製片工作坊，教授電影製作之基本原理。以短片或其他媒體專案為結業作品，於課堂放映。重點每年可能變動，交替聚焦於敘事、實驗、動畫、紀錄或互動技術。

Introductory workshop on the basic principles of filmmaking. Culminates in a short film or other media project, screened in class. Emphasis may change from year to year, focusing alternately on narrative, experimental, animation, documentary, or interactive techniques.
- Prerequisite(s): FILM 1101 or FILM 1120 .
- Lecture/workshops four hours a week.
