課程說明
生物與醫學光子學。光對生物系統的影響、醫學影像、醫療處理、生物研究與生物／醫學應用。細胞之雷射操控、雷射手術與光療。生物光子實驗室實驗以掃描共軛焦顯微鏡、內視鏡、DNA 掃描器為例。
先修條件
- 先修課程：OSS 3003。
條件與方式
- 衍生學分不予計入，衍生學分不予計入 PLT 4004（已停辦）。
- 先修課程：OSS 3003。
- 每週講座兩小時，導討／實驗課每週兩小時。

Laser manipulation of cells, laser surgery, and photo-therapy. Biophotonic lab experiments with scanning confocal microscopes, endoscopes , DNA scanners.
