半導體之定性物理，導出二極體方程式。二極體應用。運算放大器及其在回授配置中的應用，包括主動濾波器。雙極性電晶體與 MOSFET 之導論，偏壓電路分析。電晶體應用包括小訊號放大器。
先修條件
- 先修科目：ELEC 2501 及 MATH 1005。
條件與方式
- 不可重複修習以取得學分：不可重複修習 OSS 2006、PLT 2006（已停開）。
- 先修科目：ELEC 2501 及 MATH 1005。
- 每週授課三小時，每週實驗室與問題分析三小時。
