城市之結構、形式與運作。基礎設施、設備與網絡、生態系統、人口與社會組織、政府、生活品質、目標與認知、城市管理、開發、規範與法規、設計、規劃與政策制定。（選修課程）。
條件與方式
- 不得另獲 ARCU 3400 學分。
- 每週三小時。
