課程說明
量刑理論、現行量刑法律與實務、量刑的認知。全加拿大量刑實務的資料。其他司法管轄區的改革。對加拿大量刑委員會的批判性檢視。採取跨學科方法，運用法律、犯罪學、社會心理學與社會學的研究與理論。
先修條件
- 先修科目：LAWS 2908、CRCJ 3001 或 CRCJ 3002，及 LAWS 2301、LAWS 2302，且具四年級榮譽（Honours）資格。
