課程說明
移民與難民；人口統計；加拿大、國際與人權法律及政策。加拿大移民法（Immigration Act）。法律與社會問題包含入境與遣返、家庭團聚、公民身分、救濟、秘密移民之權利；定居權；不得歧視；庇護；國家決定成員資格的權利。
先修條件
- 先修科目：LAWS 2908 或 PAPM 3000、LAWS 2502，及四年級榮譽（Honours）資格。
