介紹會計資訊在企業組織內之發展與使用，以利有效管理，包括：計畫、指導、激勵及控制活動與行為。
先修條件
- 先修科目：BUSI 1004。限 B.Com. 與 B.I.B. 學生修讀。
條件與方式
- 不另給予 BUSI 1002（不再開授）、BUSI 1003、BUSI 2008 及 BUSI 2018 的加分。
- 先修科目：BUSI 1004。限 B.Com. 與 B.I.B. 學生修讀。
- 每週授課三小時。
